Lorean Cairns began behind the chair and built a company that reshaped how salons lead, train, and succeed. She’s known for turning real experience and real data into clear leadership frameworks that help teams work smarter and grow.

She scaled from a single chair to a multi-state salon group and a partnership model that supports and develops owners across the country. Her work centers on clarity, culture, and helping leaders understand the numbers behind their behavior so they can actually move the business forward.

Lorean continues to guide the vision and structure of the company as it expands across multiple markets.

CMO & Co-founder

Billy Canu brings a sharp mix of marketing, brand strategy, and business building to the beauty space. He’s known for taking the data a business already has and translating it into clear, scalable strategy.

As a founder in salons, skincare, fitness, and boutique wellness concepts, he understands how service businesse grow from the inside out. Billy works where numbers, marketing, and execution meet, helping brands build momentum and stay consistent as they scale.
