WE’RE SWAPPING PRINT FOR PROGRESS
We’ve reduced our paper use by switching to a digital
system for bookings, forms, and receipts. We still print
what’s needed for compliance, but cutting back helps
save trees and reduce pollution—one small shift toward a
cleaner, greener Earth.
WE USE 100% BIO-DEGRADABLE RETAIL BAGS
We wanted to reduce our use of traditional plastics and
seek to use recyclable biodegradable materials whenever
possible. We launched the use of 100% biodegradable
retail bags that break down in 18 months and leave no
harmful residue on the Earth.
WE USE CRUELTY-FREE PRODUCTS & COLOR LINES
We carry product lines that put the planet first—using
cruelty-free, non-toxic formulas and cutting down on
packaging, waste, and emissions. Choosing brands that
align with our values means healthy hair and a healthier
planet, too.
WE USE THE BEST RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY
We’ve partnered with sustainability-focused waste
services that understand the beauty industry’s unique
needs, helping us recycle salon waste—like hair—and
convert greenhouse gases into renewable energy to
reduce our carbon footprint.
WE RUN ETHICAL BACKBAR PROGRAMS
We never use more than we need—because we know
we’re part of a bigger picture. We’re mindful about what
we order, how we use it, and how our choices affect the
planet. Sharing products and resources helps us cut back
on waste and carbon impact.
